Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• The product should not be damaged, altered, or washed

Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds to the original payment method
• The return amount will be credited to your Demure Wallet, which can be used for future purchases

Exchange Policy

• You may request an exchange for size or style, subject to availability
• Exchanges are processed only after the original product passes quality check
